Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to be our pizza specialist. This role centers on preparing wood-fired pizzas in our classic oven, handling dough, and creating top-quality dishes. With a visible kitchen, you’ll interact with guests and occasionally assist front-of-house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pizza Prep & Cooking: Prepare, roll dough, and cook pizzas as a key Chef de Partie.
- Guest Engagement: Comfortable with guest interaction in an open kitchen.
- Event Support: Contribute to smooth operations during weddings and high-volume events.
- Flexible Schedule: 5-day work week (45 hours) with required weekend availability.
