Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet the standards of our 2 Rosette restaurant.
- Assist in the development of innovative menus and daily specials.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Support and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or rosette-accredited establishment.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
