We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our buzzing gastropub in the heart of Chester. We’re all about seasonal menus, quality ingredients, and a strong team spirit – and we want you to be part of it.
You’ll be working with a talented, supportive brigade in a well-run kitchen that serves up to 100 covers a day. Every service is busy, but you’ll have the tools, the team, and the energy to make it great.

A day in the role
- Cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard

- Work closely with the team to make every service run like clockwork
What we’re looking for
- Previous Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Commis ready for the next step
- Confidence in fresh food prep and service
- A team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Ideally able to drive or have reliable transport due to location
- Right to work in the UK (sorry, no sponsorship available)
