Are you a talented Chef de Partie with a background in MOD catering? KSB Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity with one of our esteemed clients based in the picturesque county of Wiltshire, in the South West of England.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a wide range of dishes.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Contribute to menu development and special events as required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably within a contract catering or MOD environment.

Strong culinary skills with a passion for delivering high-quality food.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Flexibility to adapt to various kitchen settings.

Relevant culinary qualifications (desirable but not essential).
