Key Responsibilities:
● Prepare and serve food from a seasonally changing menu
● Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations
● Ensure dishes are consistently prepared to high standards
● Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
● Follow HACCP procedures and food safety regulations
● Take responsibility for kitchen organisation and stock rotation
● Complete kitchen records, including temperature checks and daily logs
● Promote positive teamwork and clear communication
Requirements:
● Experience working in gastro pubs or restaurants to a high standard
● Skilled in preparing fresh, seasonal food
● Professional, disciplined, and detail-focused approach
● Strong communication and teamwork abilities
● Willingness to learn and share culinary knowledge
● Own transport is essential due to the rural location
