About the Role:
KSB Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy and well-organised hotel kitchen in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking for stable hours within a professional and supportive environment, working as part of an experienced team of eight chefs. The kitchen has a strong focus on consistency, quality, and smooth service delivery, offering a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role:

Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes for à la carte service.

Supporting busy dinner service and assisting with occasional events and functions.

Working efficiently within a fast-paced kitchen producing around 80–100 covers per day.

Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation.

Working with a menu based on both fresh and frozen ingredients.

Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth, consistent service.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a hotel or busy kitchen environment.

Confident and capable in à la carte service.

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
