Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Start Date: Immediate shifts available through to September 2026
Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
About the Role:
KSB Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to support a busy catering operation in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
This temporary agency role is ideal for a confident and reliable chef who is comfortable working independently and managing kitchen service during busy periods throughout the summer season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Running and managing kitchen service during shifts
• Preparing and cooking fresh meals to a high standard
• Supporting smooth breakfast and lunch service operations
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health & safety at all times
• Working independently while communicating effectively with the wider team
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
• Confidence working independently in a busy kitchen environment
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Reliable transport due to the location and shift times
• Right to work in the UK
