Chef de Partie
Location: Stirling, Scotland
Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per annum + Tronc
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (45 hours per week)

Working alongside an experienced Head Chef and a close-knit brigade, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes while continuing to develop your skills in a quality-driven kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Run your section efficiently during preparation and service.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
- Maintain excellent food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist with stock rotation, waste control and kitchen organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the brigade to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal produce.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Rewards
