We are recruiting for one of the UK's most prestigious sporting arenas. With your excellent outgoing personality, you will need to offer consistent service as the food offering ranges across very different operations. These will include High volume race days including Formula One, conferences and events, clubhouses, cafes, restaurants, and private hospitality. You will need to be a Team Player as you will play an instrumental role in making sure everything runs smoothly.

The Role:

  • Must be hands-on, passionate, and take great pride in food production.
  • Able to manage and motivate own team
  • Take responsibility for stock management and wastage
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Ensure all openings and closing procedures are adhered to.
  • Working in a timely manner while maintaining the high-end food standard
  • Able to modify dishes to meet customer's dietary requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen
  • Work in keeping with a safe working environment by complying with current legislation with regard to Food Hygiene Regulations, COSHH, and HACCP

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an event environment
