You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple sections, learning from experienced chefs who are passionate about developing talent. With a strong track record of internal progression, this kitchen is the perfect place to grow, our current Sous Chef began their journey as a Commis Chef.

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll have around two years’ experience in a professional kitchen and a genuine passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop their craft, and thrive in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and service of high-quality, fine dining dishes
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient section
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support mise en place and effective stock rotation
- Contribute positively as part of a motivated kitchen team
What You’ll Need
- Around 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen (fresh food preferred)
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
