Location: West Sussex (Near East Grinstead)
Salary: £31,750 per annum (Live In) | £33,250 per annum (Live Out, including £1,500 allowance) + Approx. £6,000 annual service charge
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (48 hours over 4 days)

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and service of high-quality dishes.

• Learn and develop skills across different kitchen sections.

• Work with fresh, seasonal and estate-grown ingredients.

• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness.

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

• Support the wider kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience or relevant culinary qualifications.

• Passion for cooking and working with quality seasonal produce.

• Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

• Willingness to develop within a professional kitchen.

• Michelin or fine dining experience is beneficial but not essential.

Rewards

• £31,750 per annum (Live In) or £33,250 per annum (Live Out, including £1,500 allowance).

• Approximately £6,000 per year in service charge.

• Live-in accommodation available for £335 per month.
