Demi Chef de Partie
Location: West Sussex (Near East Grinstead)
Salary: £32,533 per annum (Live In) | £34,033 per annum (Live Out, including £1,500 allowance)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (48 hours over 4 days)

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills in a farm-to-table environment, working with exceptional seasonal produce harvested from the estate's Victorian walled garden. Whether you already have Michelin experience or are looking to take your first step into this level of dining, you'll be supported by an experienced brigade committed to training and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and service of high-quality dishes.
- Work across kitchen sections to support smooth daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and consistency.
- Handle and prepare fresh seasonal ingredients with care and attention to detail.
- Support senior chefs during service and daily kitchen duties.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef/Chef de Partie looking to progress.
- Passion for seasonal produce and high-quality cooking.
- Keen to learn and develop within a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Michelin or high-end rosette experience is desirable but not essential.
