You will work closely with the management team and control all operational departments of the hotel to ensure a high-quality service is delivered. The Role:
- Working alongside the management team to ensure all operations are running smoothly
- Supporting the general manager in the overall running of the business
- Training the staff to ensure all jobs are done to a high standard
- Coaching and motivating to team to strive for success
- Quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered
- Managing service standards and staff development
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Deputy/ Operations Manager or similar role
- Standards Driven in a High-End Dining Environment
- Financially focused
- Enthusiastic and have a passion for hospitality
- You must have great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
- The ability to communicate at all levels
- A strong commercial awareness
