An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Executive Head Chef to join our prestigious Luxury Boutique Hotel located in the heart of Wiltshire. Renowned for our high-end dining experiences and awarded 2 Rosettes, we are seeking a culinary expert who can bring innovation, passion, and a keen business sense to our kitchen. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Culinary Excellence: Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional, high-quality cuisine for everyday meals, as well as special events such as weddings and functions.

  2. Menu Development: Create innovative and seasonal menus, showcasing fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Keep abreast of industry trends and contribute to the hotel's culinary reputation.

  3. Financial Acumen: Demonstrate strong financial management skills by overseeing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Responsible for stock control and inventory management.

  4. Team Leadership: Foster a positive and collaborative kitchen environment. Train, mentor, and motivate the kitchen staff to achieve consistently outstanding results.

  5. Event Catering: Coordinate and execute flawless catering services for weddings, functions, and special events. Ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.

  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Head Chef in a high-end dining environment.
  • Strong financial and stock management skills.
  • Creative flair and passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in catering for weddings and functions is highly desirable.
