Job Summary – F&B Manager (Multi-Site)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across a group of high-volume, premium hospitality sites. This is a pivotal role within a well-established, family-owned business, responsible for driving consistency, quality, and profitability across multiple locations.
The successful candidate will be highly commercial, with a proven track record of managing multi-site F&B operations. You will combine strong leadership with an ability to balance quality, efficiency, and customer service at scale. This role requires a hands-on approach, strategic oversight, and the ability to develop teams and systems that deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee F&B operations across all sites, with a particular focus on high-volume flagship venues.

Ensure consistency and efficiency in service standards, including table service.

Drive revenue growth and profitability, including input into menu development and supplier management with a focus on provenance.

Support site managers to deliver strong commercial performance and operational standards.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams to maintain high levels of engagement and performance.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Provide visible leadership across events and peak trading periods.
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as a multi-site F&B Manager, Area Manager, or senior operations lead within hospitality.

Strong background in high-volume, fresh food environments (restaurants, gastro pubs, hotels, or premium leisure).

Proven ability to balance creativity, quality, and commercial performance.

Deep understanding of table service and operational efficiencies.

Hands-on leader who can “speak chef” and work collaboratively across teams.

Highly organised, commercially astute, and able to adapt across different sites and trading requirements.
Package:

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Pension contribution (approx. 7%)

Profit share bonus scheme (2–5% based on performance and objectives)
