Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages with expertise as a barista.
• Efficiently manage front-of-house operations, including handling POS systems and other technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Front of House role.
• Strong barista skills with a genuine love for coffee and customer service.
• Confident in using technology, including POS systems.
• A kind, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
• Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, including weekends, with one full weekend off per month.
