Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages with expertise as a barista.
- Efficiently manage front-of-house operations, including handling POS systems and other technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment for guests.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Front of House role.
- Strong barista skills with a genuine love for coffee and customer service.
- Confident in using technology, including POS systems.
- A kind, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
- Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, including weekends, with one full weekend off per month.
