Are you an experienced Catering Assistant or looking to build your career in a fast-paced catering environment? KSB Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for a General Catering Assistant role based in the Brandon area, Suffolk. You’ll be joining a supportive and hardworking team, helping to deliver high-quality food service while maintaining excellent hygiene standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintained cleanliness and hygiene in dining and kitchen areas

Served and replenished food, ensuring efficient service

Cleaned equipment, utensils, and facilities to food safety standards

Assisted with basic food preparation and kitchen support tasks

Handled waste disposal and general housekeeping duties

Provided customer service, including cashier duties when required
Requirements:

Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (training can be provided if required)

Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or retail is desirable

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexibility to work shift patterns, including nights

DBS check required (can be obtained if not already held)

Must have access to own transport due to the location
