Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and presentation

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding service to professional clients

• Act as the main point of contact for both clients and visitors

• Manage facilities, standards, and operational processes

• Ensure team performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery targets are met

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing teams in hotels, restaurants, events, or venues

• Strong communication and people skills

• Hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented

• A passion for customer service and team leadership

• Ready to move into a more structured role with regular hours

• Office or serviced office experience is not essential – full training is provided.
