Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations and presentation

Lead a team to deliver outstanding service to professional clients

Act as the main point of contact for both clients and visitors

Manage facilities, standards, and operational processes

Ensure team performance, client satisfaction, and service delivery targets are met
What We’re Looking For

Experience managing teams in hotels, restaurants, events, or venues

Strong communication and people skills

Hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented

Ready to move into a more structured role with regular hours
- Office or serviced office experience is not essential – full training is provided.
