Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the pub

• Lead, motivate, and support the team

• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation

• Manage budgets, stock, and P&L

• Drive engagement and ensure a positive customer experience

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or in a senior hospitality role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Commercially minded with attention to detail

• Confident managing operations and driving profitability

• Flexible, hands-on, and service-oriented
