Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a small but busy wet-led pub.
● Build strong relationships with regular customers and the local community.
● Ensure smooth bar service and a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
● Manage stock levels, staff rotas, and financial performance.
● Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and team morale.
● Support upcoming site improvements and represent the venue during refurbishment.
Requirements:
● Experience in a hospitality supervisory or assistant manager role.
