This independent pub is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this friendly, independent pub. They’re known for serving British classics with flair and offering a regularly changing specials board, but they are not about fine dining – just really great pub food, done exceptionally well. If you’re looking to bring fresh ideas and energy to a well-established kitchen, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What we’re offering:
- Live-in Accommodation:1-bedroom apartment is available for approximately £115 per week, making it easier for the right candidate to settle in and focus on leading our kitchen.
- Tips - Approximately £5,000 P.A
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: You’ve been a Head Chef before, ideally with a background in pubs. You understand the balance of tradition and creativity that makes a pub kitchen successful.
- Leadership: You’ll be leading a small, motivated team, inspiring them to deliver their best every day.
- Enthusiasm: They need someone who can take charge, maintain high standards, and inject a fresh enthusiasm into the kitchen.
- Go-Getter Attitude: They want someone who is proactive, energetic, and eager to help keep building on the pub’s fantastic reputation.
- Passion for Pub Food: You love the idea of working with classic British dishes and putting your own twist on the specials board.
