Hours: 8am - 4pm, NO Late Nights!

KSB Recruitment is looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef to join a thriving and well-established venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated culinary professional to manage a kitchen team of 4 and create exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of 4 chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh, local ingredients.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire your team, creating a positive and efficient working environment.
