Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 4 chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source fresh, local ingredients.
- Train, mentor, and inspire your team, creating a positive and efficient working environment.
