Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute refined menus for private estate guests, tailored to individual preferences

Lead kitchen operations at a local pub, delivering seasonal, high-quality dishes to a consistent standard

Maintain exceptional hygiene and presentation standards in both settings

Manage stock, suppliers, budgets, and a small team of kitchen staff

Uphold standards of service expected at 2 Rosette level or above

Balance high-pressure service with calm, efficient leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a head chef in both private dining and public hospitality environments
- Background in 2 Rosette (or higher) kitchens is essential
- Strong leadership, creativity, and time management skills
- Ability to switch between bespoke private service and high-quality pub dining
- Full UK driving licence preferred due to rural location
- Discreet, professional demeanour with a passion for food and guest satisfaction
