Are you a commercially driven senior leader with strong multi-site hospitality experience and the ability to scale a growing pub estate?
We’re working with a fast-growing pub group operating across 12 sites, spanning both food-led and wet-led venues in town centres, cities, and rural locations. This is a pivotal appointment for a Managing Director who can balance hands-on operational leadership with long-term strategic growth and financial performance.
This role is ideal for a proven senior operator who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments and is ready to take full ownership of a growing hospitality estate, working closely with the Board and CFO to drive performance, expansion, and operational excellence.
About the Role
As Managing Director, you will take full accountability for the strategic, financial, operational, and commercial performance of the group.
You will act as the key link between the Board and the wider business, providing clear performance reporting, shaping long-term growth strategy, and ensuring strong financial control and governance.
Working closely with the CFO, you will drive EBITDA growth, margin improvement, and cash generation while also leading operational consistency across all sites. A major focus will be building a scalable operating model to support future expansion and acquisitions.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution capability across a diverse estate.

You understand both food-led and wet-led operations and have experience working across managed and leased/tenanted models.
You are commercially sharp, financially confident, and comfortable owning full P&L responsibility. Most importantly, you are a hands-on leader who can move between strategy and operational detail with ease.
