- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

About the Operations Manager Role: As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a team across five departments, including Bar, Restaurant, and Reception Managers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll handle recruitment, budgeting, and staff training and work closely with senior management to shape and implement new initiatives in a setting that values innovation and teamwork.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Prior hotel management experience is essential, ideally with a strong background in Food & Beverage.
- Skills: Proficiency in budgeting and KPI achievement is a must.
