This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday, as you will not only assist with guest services but also handle basic maintenance tasks to keep our hotel running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting guests with luggage and general porter duties.
- Ensuring public areas and outdoor spaces remain clean and well-maintained.
- Performing light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor painting, and small repair jobs.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock management.
- Reporting any larger maintenance issues to the relevant department.
- Providing friendly and professional service to all guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel porter or maintenance role is preferred, but not essential.
- A proactive and hands-on attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
- Basic maintenance skills, including simple repairs and painting.
- Good physical fitness, as some lifting and carrying will be required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
