An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our client's team at a bustling 100-cover restaurant in Diss. We are looking for an individual with a vibrant personality who can effortlessly front the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fronting the restaurant operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Managing rotas, including scheduling, staffing levels, and holidays.
• Conducting costing rotas to optimize efficiency and profitability.
• Implementing and overseeing risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
• Leading recruitment efforts and conducting training for new staff members.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
• Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexibility to work day shifts only, with normal working hours from 8am to 4pm.
• Willingness to work overtime when required, with overtime pay provided.
• Ability to handle various administrative tasks including rotas, costing, and recruitment.
