Salary: £16.25 p/h (Midweek) | £17.05 p/h (Weekends) | Increased rates once fully trained

Are you an experienced chef ready to step into a leadership role? We're recruiting for a Kitchen Shift Leader to join a busy resort hotel catering for over 300 guests daily in a fast-paced buffet environment.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with previous high-volume or buffet catering experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent food service.
About the Role
As Kitchen Shift Leader, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, support a team of 2–6 staff, and work across all kitchen sections to ensure smooth service. You'll play a key role in maintaining food quality, hygiene standards, and a positive team culture.

Accommodation Available:
- Single en-suite rooms – £60 per week (including bills)
- Double en-suite rooms – £50 per person, per week (including bills)
What You'll Need
- Previous chef experience
- Buffet or mass catering experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to shifts and weekends
