About Us:
KSB Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager in the Brandon, Suffolk area. You will lead site operations across multiple dining facilities, ensuring high standards of service, staff performance, and full operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of designated dining facilities

Direct and manage Contractor staff performance on site
-
Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained across all services

Provide on-site supervision Monday–Friday during operating hours (0700–2000)

Remain available by phone outside operating hours to address staff or operational issues

Ensure effective communication between Contractor personnel and management
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or facilities management in a supervisory role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and direct staff

Experience in maintaining quality assurance and operational standards

Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with staff and management at all levels

Ability to take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations

Flexible approach to working hours, including availability during operational hours (0700–2000, Monday–Friday) and by phone outside these times

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements (Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher desirable)

DBS check required (or willingness to obtain if not already held)
