Your Role as a Sous Chef:
- Assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of food quality.
- Prepare and present delicious dishes that showcase your culinary talents as a Sous Chef.
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards, fostering a clean kitchen environment.
- Train and mentor junior staff, helping them grow in their roles alongside you as a Sous Chef.

- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a pub or restaurant setting.
