Key Responsibilities

Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

Lead prep and service in the Head Chef’s absence

Prepare and cook freshly made, high-quality meals

Help deliver service for society days (up to 110 covers) and member events (24–36 covers)

Contribute to seasonal menu changes and adapt to customer preferences

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen
About You

Level 2 Catering Qualification (Level 3 preferred)

Experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie

Passion for fresh, home-style cooking

Calm under pressure, dependable, and a great team player

Willing to work flexible shifts across the week
