Key Responsibilities:
● Support the Head Chef with daily food preparation and service
● Cook home-style, freshly made meals to a high standard
● Help manage up to 110 covers on society days and 24–36 covers for member matches
● Contribute to seasonal menu development and adapt to customer needs
● Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment
Requirements:
● Level 2 Catering Qualification (Level 3 preferred)
● Previous experience in a similar role
● Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
● A passion for fresh food and quality service
● Flexibility to work varying hours seasonally
