��‍�� Role & Responsibilities: As our Sous Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade, collaborating closely with our Head Chef to execute innovative dishes that showcase the best of locally sourced ingredients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Managing kitchen operations during service to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Upholding strict health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all.
