  • Must be able to drive due to the remote location of the golf course
  • Dynamic communicator with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Willingness to take charge and support in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Collaborative approach to working with the Head Chef on menu development
  • Bring new and creative ideas to the culinary offerings
  • Experience in catering for weddings and events is a plus
  • A cool, calm level head and the ability to help others stay at their best


  • Assist the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Motivate and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu planning and development
  • Introduce innovative and creative ideas to enhance the dining experience
  • Cater for weddings and events, ensuring high-quality food and service
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and quality ingredients
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Manage inventory of stock, control costs, and optimise kitchen operations 


  • Salary of £32,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
  • An additional £4,000 - £6,000 in tips per annum
