Store Manager

Location: Halifax
Salary: Up To £31,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy coffee shop, delivering excellent customer service, developing a motivated team and driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and team performance.

• Recruit, train and motivate staff, including managing rotas.

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints.

• Control stock, ordering, waste and operating costs.

• Monitor sales and profitability.

• Maintain food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in store, café or hospitality management.

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

• Commercial awareness and experience managing stock and costs.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work under pressure.
